Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial management systems including forecasts, budgeting, cash flow management, consolidation, investment valuation
• Analysis & formulation of financial data to assist management in business decisions
• Creation and oversight of yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion (including fundraising plans)
• Provide financial, commercial, strategic and business guidance to fellow leadership team members on how to build for the future. Your best-in-class strategic thinking and ability to bring people together will be a driving force in how we successfully grow our business
• Partner with the CEO on financing strategy, board communications, and corporate development, utilizing your existing relationships and building new ones across the finance community
• Partner with all members of the senior management team and other company leadership on short-, medium- and long-term business strategy

Experience‍

Required:

• Degree or above in Accounting/Finance with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA)
• Minimum 6 years or above Accounting/Finance experiences
• Familiar with international accounting and tax regulations
• Solid understanding of Cryptocurrency including Tokenomics & DeFi models
• Clear understanding of the nuances of financial demands in a start-up environment
• Strong sense of responsibilities, control mindset and able to work under pressure
  

Preferred:

• Previous experience of working in an early stage start-up in scaling phase is preferred
• Experience of fundraising - particularly investor pitches
• Immediately available is highly preferred
